Completed a residential shingle roofing project in West Hills, CA, which included the complete removal of the existing 30-year-old asphalt shingle roofing system and installation of a new GAF asphalt shingle roofing system.
The new roof features GAF Cool Series shingles with an SRI (Solar Reflectance Index) of 22, in the Sandalwood color. The new roofing system provides improved protection for the home while helping meet applicable cool-roof requirements for the project.
