After the last storm with such destructive winds, our 25 year old roof had a leak. I noticed that it was getting larger with every new round of rain. What roofer could I call who would even respond over the New Year’s weekend?? I had a short list of recommendations from neighbors and started making calls. One called me back to say he was too busy to even come out. My next call to Modern Solution Roofing was answered by Orly….what a relief! She would get someone out to our home the next morning. Anton was there right on time and we knew within minutes we had made the right call. He patiently explained what he thought was necessary and assured us he could make the repair and use better materials than we presently had. We said we definitely wanted the first available appointment! Orly promised that our roof would be repaired as soon as possible. I don’t know how she did it but the rain stopped long enough for the repair to be completed on Monday morning! There were other roofing companies’ trucks in the neighborhood but our repair was the only one completed because it began raining again! Orly, how did you know?!! This company is who we will trust for a new roof when we are ready. I’m already referring them to friends. We trust Modern Solution Roofing because they are reliable, responsive, professional, reputable and fair. So happy to have found a company we can trust!
“My fiance and I just purchased our home, and during the inspection we were told the roof would need to be replaced. We reached out to three different companies, and Orly from Modern Solution Roofing was one of them, I’m so glad we chose her. Orly took care of everything, from pulling the permit, scheduling inspections, making the entire process smooth and stress free. She also provided us with samples of different shingle colors and manufacturers, which really helped us choose what worked best for our home. She also sent us at the end package with the rebate for the roof from the city, that was a nice surprise. What we appreciated the most was that she never pressured us, and there were no hidden fees. Everything was clear, honest, and transparent from start to finish. We are extremely happy with the final result. Thank you, Orly”!
